Tara Goldman
Since 2010, Tara Goldman has devoted her career to leading Product Teams. Tara has been an integral part of R&D Leadership at College Board, Weight Watchers, General Assembly, Electric AI, and Instructure. During her tenure, Tara realized that her greatest superpowers were her strong leadership through tumultuous times, her ability to break down complex concepts into simple and actionable goals, and most notably - her ability to help leaders and teams identify and lean into their strengths to unleash their own superpowers. Tara is in the process of becoming ICF certified for coaching.
Mackenzie Hughes
Mackenzie Hughes has spent the past decade in tech - she has held positions of leadership on R&D, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams at ADP, Electric AI, and Instructure. Mackenzie has built Product Operations functions from MVP to full scale. Her greatest strength is in up-leveling processes, tools, and systems across any size organization by leveraging agile methodologies and inspiring teams to be a part of the change they want to see. Mackenzie is Product Management certified.

Tara, an Exec at a Series B startup, sought a Product Ops leader, and Mackenzie, with a GTM background, stood out in an unconventional way. Despite skepticism, Tara recognized Mackenzie’s ability to rethink systems, a decision that paid off. Together, they aligned product and GTM to drive business impact, scaled the product 5x, increased revenue by 20%, and improved NPS by 15%.
Later, at a public EdTech company, we led a 600-person team managing a $500M portfolio, up-skilling teams, and driving high-velocity execution.
Founding GoldHue was the natural next step.
